Solution Analyst - Hybrid (Miami)
Responsibilities:
Configure the respective platform
Understands emerging technologies and can identify opportunities to automate and standardize businessprocesses.
Gather and document requirements and translate high-level business requirements into businessrequirements documents (BRD) and functional specifications
Create and maintain business processes, requirements, and functional specification documentation
Support the development of business and technical process documentation and training materials
Support the creation of test plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all test types
Perform testing duties as needed, working with end users and project teams during the design,construction, testing and implementation of modifications to systems
Support the definition of project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements;assist with project budget needs
Understands emerging technologies and can identify opportunities to automate and standardize business processes.
Assist with educating the IT team on the goals of the business and assists with facilitating communication and alignment between functions and IT from the gathering of initial requirements to final implementation.
Manage process conformity, compliance, and is responsible for the development of business and technicalprocess documentation and training materials.
Assist with monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions as directed
Supports conversion of functional specs to technical specs working with developers
Serve as liaison between Divisions/Functions and IT on projects and enhancements
Collect and evaluate information, formulate as well as test hypothesis.
Coordinate issues resolution activities with varied stakeholders
Review entire problem logs and identify recurring problems.
Record projects status along with open issues every week.
Ensure to follow up on problems and process independently related to solutions engineering.
Determine opportunities to redesign business processes to achieve better business results
Determine opportunities to automate business processes and functions
Understand, communicate, and reinforce standard business process concepts
Establish and maintain relationships with team members within IT and across functional teams
Assess situations, determine the problem(s) and propose a solution that provides value to the business
Gather and document business requirements in business requirements documents (BRD)
Convert BRD to functional specifications according to the platform being configured
